More and more business associations of business parks are choosing a professional security party for collective camera surveillance. Since January 2020, Intergarde has been putting the camera project Safe Venlo forth. Public area security in the business parks is organised collectively in the form of:
- video surveillance via 360-degree cameras, operated from the video surveillance room.
- ANPR cameras, these record license plates of entering and exiting vehicles.
- night surveillance, on weekends and public holidays also daytime surveillance.

Together with Stichting Parkmanagement Venlo, Vereniging Ondernemend Venlo, Ontwikkelbedrijf Greenport Venlo, Municipality of Venlo and Police, Veilig Venlo is active in ensuring safety on the business parks. There is structural consultation and this is permanently secured within the Safe Business Area Quality Mark (KVO-B).
Safe Venlo is housed in the Safe Venlo Foundation where the executing contracting party is Intergarde BV. The foundation consists of representatives of the Vereniging Ondernemend Venlo and of Ontwikkelbedrijf Greenport Venlo.
With the establishment of the Safe Venlo Foundation, the continuity of camera surveillance at
guaranteed the business parks for the next 10 years.
