The municipality of Venlo has signed a framework agreement with Janssen de Jong OnderhoudPlus and Raedts for the structural maintenance of the municipal property. The parties were judged best in terms of value for money based on their bids in the relevant tender.
The municipal property was divided into two lots. The numbers one and two, Janssen de Jong OnderhoudPlus and Raedts, have been awarded plot 1 and plot 2 respectively. A total of 248 properties with a gross floor area (GFA) of 171,652 m2. Both parties will carry out structural corrective, daily and planned maintenance for the usable, safe, comfortable, sustainable and aesthetic functioning of the buildings of Venlo municipality. The aim of the maintenance work is, on the one hand, to ensure that the buildings continue to function at the required quality level and, on the other, to combat the ageing of the architectural elements as much as possible.
80 years of experience

For the monumental buildings owned by the municipality of Venlo, we use the expertise of our sister company Koninklijke Woudenberg Maastricht. An Erkend Restauratie Bouwbedrijf (ERB) with extensive experience with monumental municipal property."
