On Sunday 23 March, there will be another Day of Manufacturing. Companies that make, process or assemble parts or products will open their doors especially for businesses on this day. The initiative gives your companies the opportunity to boost brand awareness and visibility and is an excellent platform to present yourself as an attractive employer.
Every year, many thousands of visitors, young and old, come to the open companies to take a look behind the scenes. Visitors usually give the participating companies a very high rating and several companies have managed to recruit new employees as a result.
Next edition will be even more in-depth to interest jobseekers in working in the manufacturing industry. It will also encourage young people to choose the right (technical) vocational courses.
