The new learning programme 'AI for Managers' offers a solution, as managers get 'up to speed' in just two evenings and thus learn concrete steps for steering when implementing AI applications.
To give participants more added value and help their case mature faster, we deploy JADS' Data Science Project Canvas. This model provides the common foundation for lessons and coaching to give participants a structured framework for developing AI models and business cases.
