On Thursday, 20 October, chairman Peter Thissen was privileged to present the certificates to the students of 'The Student Business Career Society'.
The three-day workshop called 'The Student Business Career Society' is a collaboration of Grenslab with: Aexd, Ondernemend Venlo and the Cross-border Business Development research group. The workshop is also part of Fontys' SCM programme. Students from Fontys and other institutes got to work with expert Joost Dijkstra during this event. In three workshops of 3 hours each, participants were given business content on strategy, operations and leadership. In addition, students received practical tools to help them develop their personal careers even better!
Goals of this annual 3-day workshop:

- Facilitating the transition from student life to business.
- Encouraging successful regional careers in business within the EU.
Various experiences in international business will be shared. Here, the focus is on providing crucial insights into knowledge, skills and behaviour to boost successful careers in this border region.
