Innovators and Villa Flora
The Innovatoren and Villa Flora house office spaces, laboratories, meeting rooms and research facilities where work is done on product innovations in the fields of healthy and safe food, future farming and biocircular economy. Villa Flora is an inspiring environment, a campus building with an open appearance and appeal to tenants, guests, customers and other visitors. The building is reminiscent of a horticultural greenhouse and was a major attraction during the Floriade world horticultural exhibition in 2012. The green surroundings provide a soothing view. The is an ecosystem for growth and innovation as well as a pleasant location to stay, work and meet. This campus building houses 54 box-in-boxes of 24 m2 each that can be set up as offices, labs or R&D facilities.
Within Villa Flora, there are office spaces on the various floors. These are compartmentalised and range from 140 m2 to 430 m2. There are also facilities for flex workers who want to work on campus for a few days a month. At the construction of the Innovatoren has constantly taken sustainability into account. So sustainable materials were used and renewable energy sources are still used for energy generation today: the tower is energy-neutral. At the Innovatoren, it is also possible to rent office space ranging from 28 m2 to a whole floor of 340 m2 to 503 m2. Brighthouse and Brightworks
Brighthouse is a flexible building where companies/tenants, within different forms of an office, can rent laboratories. The spaces consist of flexible rental modules ranging from 60 sq m to 600 sq m, can be arranged freely and can be furnished to your own taste.
