As many as 3,000 people visited 11 manufacturing companies in Venlo in March this year during the Day of the Making Industry. Young and old got a guided tour of the factories of Leolux, Scheuten Glas, Vistaprint and MIFA, among others, to get a better and more positive picture of production processes, products as well as internship and career opportunities. Most visitors left as ambassadors; on average, the company visits were rated an 8. Moreover, several companies were able to welcome new employees.
Sunday 24 March 2019 marks the 2nd edition of the Day of the Manufacturing Industry in Venlo, for which several companies have already registered.
