From 27 May 2024, KWS Infra Eindhoven, commissioned by the province of Limburg, will start carrying out asphalt maintenance work on the N271 Velden. The work will take place during the day from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00, weather conditions permitting.
During the works, a diversion has been set up for traffic via the A73, A77 and N270. This diversion is of course signposted on site. Cyclists will continue to use the existing cycle path. Emergency services have been informed and will be able to use the cycle path. For bus traffic, there will be a local diversions via the old Venloseweg. Up-to-date information about the timetable can be found at the bus stations.
Work on the State Road will start on 27 May 2024 and will be completed by 7 June 2024, weather conditions permitting. The reserve time is scheduled from 8 to 16 June 2024. The image shows the relevant work area for clarification.
