Previously, calls were made to an 'unknown number'. From now on, the control room calls with a recognisable number, reducing the chance of being pushed away and showing that the control room has tried to make contact.

043 – 32 92 212. So when you save this number, you know that the SME (Fire Service Control Room) is calling.
To be clear: the control room cannot be reached on this number. An individual number is available at each company for this purpose.
