Ondernemend Venlo makes a strong case for their member entrepreneurs. Among other things, in the field of cyber security, so that entrepreneurs can operate as safely as possible. Therefore, in cooperation with Platform Veilig Ondernemen Nederland department Limburg, ZeroPlex and Koenen en Co, we have developed the new tool 'CyberBewust Venlo' to help our entrepreneurs better arm themselves against cybercrime. Since the start of the project, in September 2023, 28 participants have joined the pilot free of charge.

There are several webinars organised to provide participants of information to be provided
- The police spoke about the declaration process.
- Questions were answered from participants about security measures they can take.
ZeroPlex has a vulnerability scan done.
- Vulnerabilities were actually found in 45% of the participants.
- These points have been discussed with the participant so that they can better secure themselves.
- Many positive reactions because this delivers very concrete, and relevant actions.
A 2e vulnerability scan take place to see what impact this project has had so far.
Koenen and Co and ZeroPlex plan for this 1-on-1 question times in with participating parties. These so-called 'GP consultation hours' allow participants to receive personalised advice. For information on this pilot, please contact park manager Lidy Rutten.
